The machines are based on existing models but have an array of features unrivalled by other machines, including:
- Full digital Automation using Android touchscreen technology.
- 4 x Stainless steel washable micron filters working in parallel with a final sediment bag filter for super low service and maintenance costs.
- Internal Drying System using heated air which can be used simultaneously whilst washing another, internally or externally.

When designing the METCLEAN S and METCLEAN XL, MET technicians called on deep knowledge of automotive industry requirements and of the needs of the filter itself. The machines use high and low-pressure water flow mixed with a MET-designed blend of chemicals, plus heat, to back flush soot and ash from the filter.
Having your DPF and other types of filters cleaned means not having to replace them unless they are damaged. Other advantages of refurbishment include a more cost-effective and quicker process, along with the fact that it is more environmentally friendly.
The S and XL are also CE-approved. This Conformity Assessment Mark on commercial products indicates that the manufacturer or importer affirms the goods’ conformity with European health, safety, and environmental protection standards.
