Our tuning portal is manned 7 days a week supporting
normal working hours and out of hours.
Generally and genuinely these are completed between 10
minutes and 45 minutes with only 2 percent of cases seeing
times over 1 hr. You will receive an email and text notification
when tuned files are ready for download on the portal.
BILLING / CREDITS
We work on a discount tier system. This is designed to
encourage and reward usage. This is also designed to
help businesses who have a high density of surrounding
competition.
Our unique Tier system applies to your account based on
your usage from the previous month and works like this:

TECH SUPPORT
We offer tech support via email, Phone, Online, Whatsapp or the support forum at any point needed including TeamViewer support and ecu recovery at our HQ with NO extra costs. All support provided is based on the
assumption that you have at least basic diagnostics equipment and diagnostic knowledge. We will offer a half day training session on tool(s) purchased from us at our workshop, should you feel you need it however we can
also provide easy to follow instructions via email and full training online via TeamViewer.
